Shiny Ceramic/Pottery Peacock Vase
Striking vase with 3-D image of peacock gracing the front.
Body of vase appears to be a bamboo tree.
Lovely green color.
His elegant tail is adorned with brownish dots, and his underbelly is a brownish gold.
Back of vase has vertical bamboo stalk with gold-tone leaves.
Measures ~ 6 1/2" tall.
Heavy piece - weighs 1 1/2 pounds.
Great condition - no chips, cracks, or crazing.
Little white residue at the top - looks like it was baked into the vase when glazed.
Looks like it was never or seldom used.
Not sure how old this is, but it could be vintage.
