This forklift certification training kit includes everything you need to certify your employees and be compliant with OSHA. It comes with Class Roster Forms, the dvd that covers lift truck saftey, handbooks for each trainee, pre test quiz, written test, driving test, the licenses, certification completion certificates, daily inspection forms and the master binder with all the answers to the tests. This kit is complete and the box has been opened for picture purpose however the books are still in the factory plastic wrapper and dvd is unused.
