The 5-in-1 instrument is new...open box.  The receiver is used in excellent condition with the operating manual.  As a National Weather Service meteorologist in my 5th decade in the weather business, I'm very pleased with this Acurite system.  I bought two and decided to keep one.  Measurements have been equal to our nearby official airport readings.
