(Pins) *Sam the Olympic Eagle, the Official Mascot of the Los Angeles 1984 Olympics, is depicted carrying the flag of each of the 150 countries scheduled to attend as of mid-1982.  Careful research was done at that time to assure authentic representation of the flag and of each nation.  A special crystalline enamel process was used in manufacturing these pins to obtain the clearest detail possible.   The name of the country is engraved on the back of each pin.
